AI Feed Manager — Privacy Policy

What we store

• Your store's product catalog (titles, descriptions, prices, images, variants) — needed to build product feeds.
• AI-generated content and translations for those products.
• Aggregated sales counts per product variant (used for bestseller labels). We never store customer names, e-mails, addresses or individual orders.
• Your AI provider API keys (Anthropic / OpenAI), encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. They are used only to call the provider on your behalf.
• Feed access logs (which platform fetched a feed and when).

What we don't do

• We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
• We do not use your product data to train AI models.
• Product text sent to your chosen AI provider is governed by that provider's terms (Anthropic or OpenAI), under your own API key.

Data deletion

When you uninstall the app, automation stops immediately. 48 hours later Shopify sends the mandatory shop/redactrequest and we permanently delete everything stored for your store, including API keys. You can also request deletion at any time by e-mail.

GDPR

We honour Shopify's customers/data_request and customers/redact webhooks. Because the app stores no customer-level data, these requests are acknowledged without further action.
